Rental Terms & User Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Carry Rental Services (CRS), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Required Documents

  • Valid Driving License
  • Aadhaar Card or any government-approved ID proof
  • Photocopy or digital copy required during car handover

Payment & Security Deposit

  • Full rental amount to be paid before car handover
  • A refundable security deposit may apply based on the car model
  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after vehicle return and inspection

Fuel & Mileage Policy

  • The car is provided with 2 liters of fuel at the time of handover
  • Customers must return the vehicle with the same 2 liters fuel level
  • Additional fuel charges apply if returned with less fuel than provided

Damage & Liability

  • Any external damage (scratches, dents, body damage) will incur a flat charge of ₹5,000
  • In case of major accidents, the renter is fully responsible for all repair costs
  • Insurance does NOT cover accident damages - renter must bear complete repair expenses
  • Interior damage (seats, dashboard, upholstery) will be charged separately as per actual damage
  • Vehicle inspection will be done before and after rental to document any damages

Late Return Policy

  • Extra charges apply for late returns (₹300/hour or part thereof)
  • Early returns are non-refundable

Driving Rules & Traffic Violations

  • Only the registered renter is allowed to drive the car
  • Over-speeding, rash driving, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited
  • Use of alcohol or drugs while driving is not allowed under any circumstances
  • Any traffic challan or fine received during rental period must be paid by the renter immediately
  • If any illegal activity is detected or reported, the case will be directly reported to the police authorities
  • Violation of traffic rules may result in immediate termination of rental without refund

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before 12 hours of booking – full refund
  • After 12 hours – 50% amount will be deducted
  • No refund for same-day cancellations

Carry Rental Services reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any booking in case of misuse, invalid documents, or unforeseen circumstances.
